Founded and led an informal research group mentoring undergraduates and international collaborators, resulting in multiple peer-reviewed publications.

Mentor at the Doctrina Mentoring Initiative, guiding 8 to 10 students and early-career researchers from Bangladesh on projects related to heat stress vulnerability and flood risk in Dhaka.

Conducted workshops on “Essential Training on GIS and Remote Sensing” and “Preparing Manuscripts for Publication,” reaching over 150 students and researchers.

At CEGIS, led small technical teams, trained staff and interns, and coordinated meetings with Bangladesh Army and Bhutan government officials.

Led a 20-volunteer team for training programs and field data collection systems during the Rohingya Refugee Response.

Elected Vice President of the Urban and Regional Planning Students’ Association (USAR) at RUET, serving as a liaison between students and faculty and organizing study tours, seminars, workshops, and departmental events.

Team Captain of school and university cricket and football teams, organizing tournaments and leading teams to victories in interdepartmental competitions at RUET.

Co-founded and served as Joint Secretary of the Innovation Society of RUET (ISR), building the organization from scratch and organizing events, workshops, and leadership recruitment.

Serving as Secretary (Cultural & Sports) of the Bangladeshi Graduate Students’ Society at McGill University since 2024.
